Dr. N Sindujhaa ,
BNYS, PGDDCN, MSc

Embryologist & Academic Coordinator ARC Fertility Centre

I have been a part of ARC Fertility Centre for over 10 years. I spent the first 8 years of my journey on the clinical side, supporting patients through various stages of their fertility treatments. On my very first day at ARC, I had the chance to meet an embryologist — a moment that deeply inspired me and sparked a growing interest in the science behind fertility care.

Watching the work of the embryology team — often referred to as the “baby makers” of ARC — motivated me to pursue further education in this field. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology, which allowed me to transition into my current role in the embryology lab.

Today, I work as an Embryologist, contributing to the laboratory processes that support assisted reproduction. I also serve as the Academic Coordinator, helping to guide and mentor students and trainees in reproductive science.

It has been a fulfilling journey, and I’m grateful to continue being part of a team that plays such a meaningful role in helping families grow.

Ms. Ramya Subramani Kalaiarasi

I hold a Master’s degree in Reproductive Biotechnologies from Università degli Studi di Teramo, Italy, and currently serve as a Senior Embryologist at ARC International Fertility and Research Centre. With extensive experience in clinical embryology and andrology, I bring both academic expertise and practical skills to the field.

As the Academic Support Head, I am responsible for guiding students, coordinating training modules, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes in our embryology programs.

My passion lies in mentoring future embryologists and bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and laboratory practice.
